Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and P8 AntiDetect ("P8", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the P8 software or any of its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of the software from your devices.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free-tier users, paid subscribers, and trial users.

Description of Service

P8 AntiDetect is a privacy-focused browser application built on a custom Chromium engine. The Service provides:

• Browser profile management -- creation and management of isolated browser profiles, each with its own unique fingerprint, cookies, local storage, and session data.
• Proxy integration -- a built-in proxy marketplace and management system for IPv4, IPv6, ISP, residential, and mobile proxies, as well as the ability to use externally sourced proxies.
• Virtual camera -- a virtual webcam device that can display static images, video loops, or AI-generated face animations.
• Visual automation -- a node-based editor for creating automated browser workflows.
• Cookie management -- import and export of browser cookies across profiles.
• Profile sharing -- encrypted export and import of browser profiles for collaboration.

The Service is delivered as a desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux, with an online account system for license management, balance top-ups, and proxy purchases.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals or entities subject to international sanctions or located in jurisdictions where the use of privacy tools is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a username, and a password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised, are being shared in violation of the license terms, or are being used for prohibited activities.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, license, or assign your account to any third party.

Permitted Use

P8 is designed as a privacy and workflow management tool. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

• Managing multiple social media, e-commerce, or advertising accounts for legitimate business purposes.
• Protecting your online privacy and digital fingerprint.
• Web scraping and data collection in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of service of target websites.
• Quality assurance testing and security research.
• Managing client accounts on behalf of an agency or team.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, identity theft, phishing, or any form of financial crime.
• Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious software.
• Access systems or networks without authorization (except in the context of authorized penetration testing).
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual.
• Produce, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
• Violate export control or sanctions regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the P8 software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the software to third parties.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions, usage limits, or security mechanisms built into the software.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or permanently ban accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice and without refund.

Payments and Billing

P8 operates on a prepaid balance system. You top up your account balance using cryptocurrency, and purchases (subscriptions, proxy traffic, deepfake credits) are deducted from that balance.

• Cryptocurrency only. We accept cryptocurrency payments exclusively. We do not accept credit cards, bank transfers, or other traditional payment methods. This is by design to protect your privacy.
• Balance top-ups. Funds added to your account balance are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash or cryptocurrency. Your balance can only be used to purchase P8 services.
• Subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified). Your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and the renewal amount will be deducted from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, the plan will not renew and your account will revert to the free tier.
• Pricing changes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods -- they will apply starting from the next renewal cycle. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
• Taxes. All prices are listed exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments:

• Balance top-ups are non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current period.
• Proxy purchases are non-refundable once the proxy has been activated and assigned to your account.
• Deepfake credits are non-refundable once purchased.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages caused by us, duplicate charges due to technical errors), we may issue a credit to your account balance at our sole discretion. To request a review, contact our support team within 7 days of the issue.

Proxy Services

P8 offers an integrated proxy marketplace. When you purchase proxies through our platform:

• Proxies are provided by third-party infrastructure partners. We act as a reseller and do not own or operate the underlying proxy networks.
• Proxy availability, speed, and uptime are provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or specific performance metrics for proxy connections.
• You are solely responsible for how you use proxy services. Using proxies to engage in illegal activity, bypass legal restrictions, or violate the terms of service of third-party platforms is prohibited.
• Residential proxy traffic is metered. Unused traffic does not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated in your plan.
• We reserve the right to revoke proxy access without refund if we determine that the proxies are being used in violation of these Terms.

Virtual Camera Feature

The P8 virtual camera allows you to present synthetic video feeds to applications running within browser profiles. This includes static images, video loops, and AI-generated face animations.

P8 provides this feature as a tool. We do not monitor or control the content you generate or display through the virtual camera. You accept full legal responsibility for all content created or displayed using this feature.

Intellectual Property

The P8 software, including its custom Chromium engine, user interface, documentation, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by P8 AntiDetect and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the duration of your active subscription. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

Privacy and Data

We are committed to minimizing the data we collect. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key principles:

• Account data. We store your email address, username, and hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.
• No browsing data. We do not collect, store, monitor, or have access to your browsing activity, cookies, fingerprint configurations, or any data within your browser profiles. All profile data is stored locally on your device.
• Payment data. We store transaction records (amounts, timestamps, cryptocurrency transaction IDs) for accounting purposes. We do not store wallet addresses beyond what is necessary to confirm transactions.
• Analytics. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash reports) to improve the Service. These cannot be linked to individual users.

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain by law.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including but not limited to proxy providers, payment processors, and external APIs. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services through P8 is at your own risk.

Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide reasonable advance notice when possible).
• Unscheduled emergency maintenance or security patches.
• Factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, DNS issues, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or actions by third-party service providers.

The desktop application functions offline for most features. Online connectivity is required for license verification, balance management, proxy purchases, and proxy connections.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• We do not warrant that browser profiles will be undetectable by all detection systems at all times. Detection technologies evolve continuously, and while we strive to stay ahead, no anti-detect solution can guarantee 100% undetectability.
• In no event shall P8, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless P8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Any content you create, transmit, or display using the Service, including content generated by the virtual camera feature.

Termination

By you. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in the software. Upon termination, your license to use the software is immediately revoked. Any remaining balance on your account is forfeited and non-refundable.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Continued provision of the Service to you would expose us to legal liability or reputational harm.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which P8 AntiDetect operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
